The Town Square Center will offer distinctive office & retail space adjacent to Town Square Park at 6th Avenue & E Street.

This landmark development includes construction of a office and retail building with 36,219 square feet and refurbishing of the two existing buildings to the north. The location of the Town Square Center is the very center of downtown Anchorage activity on the redeveloped E Street adjacent to the Town Square Park. The new building and refurbishing of the existing buildings compliment the Town Square Park and at the same time reflect the natural boldness of Alaska.
